No. These are fixed prices for the scope described. No retainers, no hourly billing, no prices that shift mid-project. What we quote is what you pay. Different needs? We'll write a custom proposal with the same fixed-price commitment.
What is the real cost of a subscription system over time?
Most subscription software charges every month or term, indefinitely. We build once — you own forever. A typical subscription platform costs more than a custom Synsify system within two to three years, and after that you're paying for something you'll never own.
Can I start small and expand later?
Yes. Every project is built to grow. A Starter site can be upgraded to Growth. A Growth site can have a custom system added. Nothing we build locks you into a ceiling.
How do I know the project will actually be delivered?
Your delivery date is in the contract — a real date, not 'approximately 4 weeks'. We build in enough buffer to deliver properly, and we have shipped every project we have started on time.
What currency do you invoice in?
USD for simplicity. We accept bank transfer, mobile money (MTN, Airtel), and card. UGX payments welcome at the current exchange rate — use the converter on this page.
