Nigerian renters and landlords were navigating a fragmented, untrustworthy market — listings were duplicated across WhatsApp groups, deposits were lost to fraud, and there was no standardised way to verify properties or process payments securely.

Solution

We designed and built a full-stack rental platform with verified listings, smart search filters, a secure escrow-style payment flow, and a landlord dashboard for managing properties and applications. The platform was built mobile-first to serve Nigeria's predominantly mobile user base.
