The challenge
Kafunda sells wines, whiskies, spirits, beers and soft drinks across Kampala, but customers could only order by phone or chat. There was no browsable catalogue, no cart, and no easy way to reorder something they had bought before.

What we built
We built an online store with a searchable catalogue, category navigation, quick-add and quick-view on every product, a recently-viewed shelf and a live cart. A Flutter mobile app follows the same design, with phone-number sign-in by one-time code, MTN and Airtel mobile money, and an option to place the order over WhatsApp instead.
